What we collect
When you use our newsletter form, we collect your email address and any name details you choose to provide. When you use our contact form, we collect the details you submit so we can respond to your enquiry. When you use our register of interest form, we collect your email address, your first name, and your general region or area in the UK.
How we use it
We use newsletter data to send updates about human composting, terramation, and the Close the Circle campaign. We use contact form data to reply to questions, campaign enquiries, and advertising requests.
Register of interest
Separately from our campaign mailing list, we offer a register of interest for people who want to be told when human composting becomes legally available in the UK. If you sign up, we collect your email address, your first name, and your general region or area. We store this in our email platform (Brevo) and use it only to contact you about availability and directly relevant updates. We use your region so we can share information relevant to where you are. This is a separate list from our Close the Circle campaign updates, and signing up to one does not add you to the other. Our lawful basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it or unsubscribe at any time.
Who processes the data
Newsletter sign-ups and register-of-interest submissions are stored and sent through Brevo, which acts as a data processor on our behalf. Contact form submissions are delivered to the site owner using Brevo's email infrastructure. We do not sell your data or share it with any third party for their own purposes. Brevo processes your data only as instructed by us.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from campaign emails at any time using the link in any email we send. If you want us to update or delete information you have shared through this website, email info@terramation.uk.
